Vicki Norman’s journey started at a young age. Beginning with years of Yoga and eventually studying Judo with the Budokan Judo Association, under Insturctor G. B. Spillman. Passionate about Tai Chi she followed her teacher (Disciple Han Hoong Wang) across the United States and China, seeking training from the Yang Masters.

Welcome to our Tai Chi video of the Yang family style Introductory 13 Posture form created by Grandmaster Yang Zhen Duo when he was here in Michigan in 2001.
Balance is one of the key elements to movement. In Tai Chi the body is slowly transitioning from one position to another. The better your body alignment, the better your balance! This video starts out with a warm up, followed by the 13 Form demonstrated in different directions. Body alignment meditation concludes this section. Demonstrated are the 4 hand movements, 3 leg stances & bow stance walking. The 13 form positions are slowly demonstrated with detailed verbal instruction.
